Sara Easterly is an award-winning author of books and essays. Her memoir, Searching for Mom, won a Gold Medal in the 2020 Illumination Book Awards. Her essays and articles have been published by Godspace, Psychology Today, Her View From Home, Dear Adoption, and Feminine Collective, to name a few. Previously Sara led one of the largest chapters of the Society of Children’s Book Writers & Illustrators (SCBWI), and she was recognized as SCBWI Member of the Year.
